Shipments to the United States

We ship your order via FEDEX, one of the largest and most reliable shippers in the world.

  • An adult signature is required on orders of $300 or more.
  • Please note that certain deliveries may require additional shipping charges depending on the items you have purchased. If this is the case, a customer service representative will contact you to provide a final shipping quote. No additional fees will be charged to your credit card without your approval.

    Because of special regulations we must ship items that contain alcohol (e.g. eau de toilette, fragrances) only via standard ground delivery. Overnight and 2nd Day delivery is not available for such products at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

    At this time, we do not ship to the following addresses or locations:

  • post office boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International Shipments

    Vivre ships internationally to a variety of countries (see list below) and charges a flat fee to cover shipping and handling costs. By placing your international order, you agree to be charged the below fee, based on the region of destination. This cost replaces any U.S Domestic shipping and handling fees.

    Because of special regulations we cannot ship items that contain alcohol (e.g. eau de toilette, fragrances) overseas.

    Important note: For orders placed online, please select "International Shipping" at checkout. The following fee will be automatically charged at the time of shipping.

    Please note that certain deliveries may require additional shipping charges depending on the items you have purchased. If this is the case, a customer service representative will contact you to provide a final shipping quote. No additional fees will be charged to your credit card without your approval. When placing an international order, please be sure to include an email address, phone number or fax number, so that we may contact you with a shipping quote.

    International Shipping: Timing and Duties

    Since international shipments are subject to verification, paperwork and certain credit card security checks, please allow up to 10 business days for your item to ship. All duties and taxes are the recipient's obligation. The recipient will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.     Vivre uses FedEx International Priority for all its international shipments. From the date of shipment, FedEx delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days and reaches major cities in Europe by 10:30 a.m.

    We will request signature at delivery. Please be sure a person is able to receive the package at your delivery address.


    Order Tracking

    We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.

    If you have placed your order online, please click Sign In to access your order status and history. We will update you on the status of each product of your order.

    If you have placed your order on the phone, please click Enter your email address here and we will send you your password so you can access your order history and your order status.

    Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information via e-mail or online chat, or by calling 1.888.888.4757. Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately. You may also contact us. Please have your order number (found in your order confirmation email) or tracking number available (the number emailed to you once your order is received and shipped).
