Scotty Welbourne (May 14, 1907 - May 25, 1979) worked as a still photographer on classic films such as "The Public Enemy" (1931), "42nd Street" (1933), "Force of Evil" (1948), "The Men" (1950) and "Creature From The Black Lagoon" (1954). In the late 50's he began working as a cinematographer before retiring in 1962.
